Copy Charges

Except as provided in ORS 192.496, 192.501, 192.502, and 192.525, all office files are available for public inspection and copying.

(1) For requests involving 50 or fewer pages, the office's copy machine may be used. A fee of 15 cents per page, plus postage, will be charged those requesting reproduction of 10 pages or more. Members of the public may make copies themselves using office machinery, or request that copies be made for them. However, if office staff are re-quested to make copies, the work will be done as time permits.

(2) If more than 50 pages of copying is needed, copies shall be made at a commercial print shop or one of the State of Oregon copy centers. Exceptions in the event of an emergency may be made by the Administrator of the Office for Oregon Health Policy and Research.

(3) Persons wishing to review material in the office may do so under the supervision of the section having responsibility for the file.

(4) When it is necessary to invoice for copies, the name of the document, total number of copies, plus postage, and the name and address of the requesting person, must be reported to the office.

Charges for Printed Office of the Oregon Health Plan Administrator Reports

At the office's discretion, the first copy of any report, position paper, or other printed publication shall be free to each requesting entity. Additional copies shall be charged for on the basis of actual costs associated with production of copies of the document, plus costs of mailing, is applicable.
