Subject: On October 13, 2011, the Public Utility Commission of
Oregon (Commission) adopted new electric service reliability rules to be effective
January 1, 2012. The existing electric service reliability rules were left in
place to govern until the new rules become effective. By Order No. 1-491, the
Commission repealed effective January 1, 2012, the rules that were left in
place to govern until the new rules became effective.
