Overview
An Oregon Administrative Rule public hearing is scheduled for September 23, 2009 at 9:00 am, in the State Archives Building, 800 Summer St. NE, Salem, regarding a proposed update to OAR 166 divisions 5, 10, 17, 20, 25, 30 and OAR 166-500-0015. The State Archives is updating rules related to public records storage, records management procedures and fees for services. Notice was originally published in the July Bulletin and a hearing date was held in July. This second notice extends the comment period until September 23rd, 2009 and schedules a second hearing.

The rule change updates guidance on public records storage, records management procedures and fees for archives and records management services.

Comment Period
Interested persons may comment on the proposed rule orally or in writing at the hearing. Written comments will also be considered if received by 5:00pm on Wednesday September 23, 2009.
