Overview
An Oregon Administrative Rule public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, July 20, 2009 at 9:00 am, in the State Archives Building, 800 Summer St. NE, Salem, regarding a proposed update to OAR 166 divisions 5, 10, 17, 20, 25, 30 and OAR 166-500-0015. The State Archives is updating rules related to public records storage, records management procedures and fees for services.

Comment Period
Interested persons may comment on the proposed rule orally or in writing at the hearing. Written comments will also be considered if received by 5:00pm on Tuesday July 21, 2009.
