Review and Comment Information
The State Archives Division is updating the General Records Retention Schedule for the Oregon University System, OAR 166-475. A committee from the Oregon University System has prepared a draft document with new records series added, old records series deleted and appropriate changes in wording and retentions.
From March 27th, 2008 to April 30th, 2008 comments will be accepted regarding the draft of OAR 166-475. Two drafts have been prepared.
The Master Draft shows all additions, deletions and changes in retention. All changes are highlighted in yellow.
The Clean Draft shows how the draft update of OAR 166-475 would appear if adopted as a permanent rule.
After the initial comment period closes the drafts will be revised and filed as a proposed Administrative Rule changes.
