Re: Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Hearing
An Oregon Administrative Rule hearing is scheduled for 9:00 am on August 23, 2010 at the Oregon State Archives Large Conference Room located on 800 Summer Street NE, Salem, OR 97310. The proposed rule changes will update retention periods for hazard exposure records found in OAR 166, Divisions 150, 200, 300, 400, 450 and 475 to be in compliance with Title 29 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Additionally, the retention period for safety committee records in OAR 166-300 will be updated to match the retention established by Oregon OSHA.
